Return & Cancellation Policy
We want your experience with us to be as smooth and clear as possible. Please review our return and cancellation policy:
Cancellation 24 Hours Before Pickup: If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle pickup time, you'll receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the pickup time, 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted.
No-Show: In case the renter does not show up to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time without any prior notice, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
Security Deposit Refund: The full security deposit amount will be returned within 5 business days from the date the vehicle is returned, after confirming its good condition and absence of any damages.
In Case of Vehicle Damage: If any damage is found on the vehicle upon its return, we will await a response and repair quotation from the car's agent or our certified service centers. This report and quotation will then be shared with the customer for necessary action.
Refund Method:
For Cash Payments: The refund will be issued in cash.
For Credit/Debit Card Payments: The refund process will depend on your bank's policy, and it may take some time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exceptions: No refunds will be issued in cases of violation of the agreed-upon terms of use, such as illegal driving or misuse of the vehicle.
